Once known as a lighthouse tender has been transformed into a spectacular 23-cabin boutique hotel. The Lighthouse Bar in the ship provides guests with a relaxed atmosphere with a luxurious feel providing services from afternoon tea to an evening supper. St Andrews Club
Edinburgh, St Andrew Square
Ennismore, owners of the world-famous 5 Star luxury hotel, Gleneagles, will be welcomed into the City of Edinburgh as the high-end hotel will take over the former Bank of Scotland premises at St Andrew Square.
The former Bank of Scotland premises next to Dundas House, which closed in 2016, will be transformed into Gleneagles’ new venture.
The vision for this new hotel will provide guests with a mix of seasonal Scottish dining, bars stocked with the best of Scotland’s whisky and luxurious hotel rooms. They are creating a full-width roof extension which will hold an external terrace providing views over the majestic St Andrew Square.
Inverness, River Ness
Opening Summer 2019
The sister hotel to The Kingsmill Hotel, Ness Walk is set to open throughout the summer months of 2019. It is to be a stunning 5-star hotel which is situated right on the River Ness which is in the heart of Inverness City. The luxurious new property will offer guests 48 outstanding rooms as well with their lavish bar and restaurant which has breathtaking views over the River Ness.
The Fife Arms

The Fife Arms was built in the 19th Century and is a Braemar landmark. It is an established building and displays many traditional architectural features. It is situated in the historic village of Braemar and is surrounded by the breathtaking landscape of the Cairngorms National Park. It has the feeling of a private country house and has distinctive room types which brings the hotel’s history to life. The hotel showcases the finest of Scottish seasonal produce where you can enjoy fine-dining and spectacular service.
Market Street Hotel

The new supreme Market Street Hotel is located conveniently amongst Edinburgh’s New and Old towns. It is described as an urban luxury, which posses a modern and daring beauty. The design was inspired by the iconic location as the renowned architects FG Stijl has designed and created a hotel which is unique and bold. With stunning views over the city the Nor’ Loft sweeps across the top floor of the hotel providing guests with spectacular flavours and a vibrant style. Current owners of the luxurious Fonab Castle Hotel, Pitlochry, are looking to transform the magnificent Crichton Hall into a spectacular five-star hotel and spa. The building extends to 184,000 sq ft in mature grounds of 12 acres, set within larger grounds of some 85 acres. The owners of Fonab were truly engrossed in the location and hope to create a place of luxury and style.
