Ennismore, owners of the world-famous 5 Star luxury hotel, Gleneagles, will be welcomed into the City of Edinburgh as the high-end hotel will take over the former Bank of Scotland premises at St Andrew Square.
The former Bank of Scotland premises next to Dundas House, which closed in 2016, will be transformed into Gleneagles’ new venture.
The vision for this new hotel will provide guests with a mix of seasonal Scottish dining, bars stocked with the best of Scotland’s whisky and luxurious hotel rooms. They are creating a full-width roof extension which will hold an external terrace providing views over the majestic St Andrew Square.
